Program Goals

EHS' pharmacy residency program aims to equip our residents with the tools necessary to become well-rounded and competent pharmacy practitioners who are capable of pursuing additional specialized postgraduate training or enter the pharmacy workforce by targeting medication safety practices through involvement with interdisciplinary teams, comprehensive therapeutic review in patient care and interactive experiences with patients via telehealth, counseling sessions, and medication reconciliation opportunities.
