Dr. Michael J. Stein is double board-certified in plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery. His areas of focus include breast cancer reconstruction, breast reduction surgery, carpal tunnel release, skin cancer reconstruction, trigger finger release and body contouring after massive weight loss. He is highly regarded by his patients for his exceptional surgical results and patient care. He has a passion for advancing the field of plastic surgery through clinical research.
He received his MD from the University of British Columbia. He completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FRCSC) at University of Ottawa and his fellowship in Reconstructive Microsurgery and Aesthetic Breast Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital/Lenox Hill Hospital.
