Dheeraj Khurana, MD
Dr. Dheeraj Khurana is board certified in internal medicine, interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease and echocardiography. He is also the Chief of Cardiology at EHS. His areas of focus include structural heart disease, cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology. He is committed to ensuring the highest quality standards are utilized in patient care and driving innovation in cardiovascular services.
Prior to coming to the US, he completed a General Surgery Residency at Lady Hardinge Medical College and earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, India. After that, he completed his internship in General Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, his Internal Medicine Residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, and his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular Institute.
