Episcopal Health Services Appoints Mark Warshawsky, MD, as Chief of Hematology/Oncology
Far Rockaway, New York, March 20, 2025 — Episcopal Health Services (EHS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Warshawsky, MD, as Chief of Hematology/Oncology. In this role, Dr. Warshawsky will provide care for inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology patients. He will also lead EHS’ Hematology/Oncology outpatient facility, where patients will be treated for a full range of hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Dr. Warshawsky is a distinguished board-certified medical oncologist known for his exceptional clinical expertise and dedication to patient care. He brings a compassionate and thorough approach that has earned him high regard among his patients. With more than 15 years of experience leading his own private practice, he is committed to delivering personalized, high- quality care.

Dr. Warshawsky received his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in hematology/oncology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn.
