Hana Ilan, MD
Dr. Hana Ilan is board certified in physical medicine & rehabilitation and she is the Chairperson of the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at EHS. Her areas of focus include geriatric rehabilitation, musculoskeletal medicine, pediatric rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation and traumatic brain injury (TBI) rehabilitation. She also offers orthotics and prosthetics. With over 40 years of experience, she offers an incredible breadth of knowledge to her patients, providing them with exceptional treatment and care.
She received her MD from SUNY Downstate School of Medicine and also holds an MA in Speech & Language Pathology from City College of the City University of New York. She completed her internship in Pediatrics at Brookdale Hospital and residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Kings County/SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Medicine & Rehabilitation.
