St. John’s Brings Care to Lawrence

FAR ROCKAWAY, 2018—Tuesday, June 26th, St. John’s Medical Group invited community members to attend an Open House and Health Fair at the group’s Surgical Services & Adult Medicine practice in Lawrence. The event was attended by hospital and medical group staff, as well as elected officials and community members.
SJMG’s Surgical Services & Adult Medicine practice has been serving the Five Towns community for many years. Among the location’s services are Primary Care, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Colorectal Surgery. In the near future, the practice will also offer Cardiology services to patients. The event gave attendees the opportunity to meet with many of the practice’s providers, as well as receive blood pressure screenings and information on health resources that St. John’s offers in the community.

In addition to its Lawrence location, St. John’s Medical Group also has ambulatory care sites on Beach 20th Street in Far Rockaway (Pediatrics & Adult Medicine) and on Beach 129th Street in Belle Harbor (Family Practice & Specialties). The staff at St. John’s Medical Group looks forward to continuing to provide excellent care for patients in the Five Towns and in the Rockaways for many years to come.
