Episcopal Health Services’ CEO Dr. Donald T. Morrish, MD, MMM, Holds Team Member Meet & Greets

Far Rockaway, New York, May 1, 2024 — Far Rockaway, New York, May 1, 2024 – Episcopal Health Services (EHS) Chief Executive Officer Dr. Donald T. Morrish, MD, MMM embarked on a series of Meet & Greets throughout the health system during the first two weeks of April.

Dr. Morrish, who took the helm as EHS’ CEO on March 15, 2024, was accompanied by members of his leadership team as they toured every facility within the organization. After each tour, a Meet & Greet was held with team members, providing Dr. Morrish an opportunity to gather insights, address questions, and express his deep appreciation for team members’ dedication in caring for patients and the community.

Together, we will continue to advance the quality, safety and experience of all our patients and community,” said Dr. Donald T. Morrish, MD, MMM, Chief Executive Officer, EHS.

During these sessions, Dr. Morrish shared his guiding principles for leadership — Access, Quality of Care, Patient Safety, Patient Experience, Team Member Engagement, Diversity Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Volume and Revenue — with team members. He also emphasized his commitment to keep team members and patients at the heart of everything the organization does.
