Dmitriy Kim, DO, FACS
Dr. Dmitriy Kim is board certified in general surgery. His areas of focus include hernia, gallbladder, breast cancer, soft tissue tumor and minimally invasive surgery. He also offers chemotherapy port access surgery for cancer treatment and peritoneal dialysis access.
He is passionate about surgical education for patients and future physicians. He is Program Director of the General Surgery residency program at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital at EHS and is an Adjunct Professor of Surgery at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York. He research has also been shared in numerous publications.
He received his DO from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at New York Institute of Technology. He then completed his residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
