We are happy to announce the launch of our new Mobile Health Unit. For years, you may have seen our Winnebago at various community events checking blood pressures, administering flu shots and sharing imperative health education materials. Our new Mobile Health Unit will have the ability to do all of that and more!

Services offered through our Mobile Health Unit include:

Awareness About Substance Use Disorder Use and Smoking Cessation
Asthma Education
Blood Pressure Screenings
Cancer Screening Referrals
Cholesterol, Glucose and Lipid Profile Testing
COVID-19 Vaccination Program and Prevention Education
Depression Screenings
Immunizations
Information on Diabetes Self Management Workshops and A1c Screenings
Information on Support Groups – Caregiver Support Group and Substance Use Disorder Support Group
Nutritional Information and Education
Primary Care Physician Referral
Referral to Weight Management Program
Social Work Consultation and Linkage to Community Resources
Stroke Prevention Education
