Behavioral Health Services Awards and Grants
Improving Care For a Healthier Community
At Episcopal Health Services, we recognize that securing grant funding is crucial to ensuring the continuous improvement of our services and, ultimately, enhancing our ability to serve the community.
Grants serve as a lifeline for expanding our reach and impact. With these valuable funds awarded by our local elected officials, we strengthen our capacity to provide a supportive environment for patient care, develop and implement evidence-based interventions, create specialized support groups, launch community outreach initiatives, and more. This investment translates into enhanced patient outcomes, increased accessibility, and reduced barriers to seeking mental health support. Our emphasis on continuous growth and adaptation is essential to ensuring a high standard of care for our community.
Join us on our journey as we continue to transform the landscape of behavioral health and ensure a brighter, healthier future for our community.
Current and Past Awards and Grants:
Episcopal Health Services received a $5 million contribution from esteemed Congressman Gregory Meeks in February 2023. Over the course of a three-year period, this grant will help fund the hospital’s Equity Renovation Project, allowing us to further our mission of providing high-quality care to the Rockaways and Five Towns community.
