At Episcopal Health Services we are invested in creating, delivering, and enabling Organizational Learning and Talent Development. We are committed to helping each team member reach their full potential across the employee lifecycle.

New Team Member Orientation and Onboarding Programs provide newly hired team members with the information and resources they need to transition into their new role. The programs focus on familiarizing the team member with the information essential to acclimate into their teams and the organization. New team members form positive early connections to help them adjust and adapt to the new surroundings.

Leadership Development Academy (LDA) offers current and aspiring leaders the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to grow skills, lead teams and achieve goals. The LDA utilizes a comprehensive innovative leadership training curriculum that provides leaders at all levels with the opportunity to learn or further develop leadership skills.

Learning & Development EHS offers a variety of courses designed to help our team members develop and maintain the operational and people skills needed to consistently deliver our ICARE values in all roles. We offer a selection of instructor-led Functional Training along with a comprehensive library of self-paced courses delivered through the iEvolve Learning Management System. iEvolve offers a wide variety of sophisticated, multimedia online courses and resources designed to provide in-depth or just-in-time training on functional knowledge, critical skills and leadership topics. Our Annual Refresher Training Program is delivered via iEvolve.
