What is a virtual visit?

A virtual visit is similar to an office visit, but instead of traveling to see your doctors you can video conference with them from your home. Our providers can assess symptoms, make a diagnosis, recommend treatment, and send prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy.

How does it work?

• Virtual visits take place using an application called Zoom that can be accessed using your computer, phone, or tablet.
• Call us to schedule your appointment and provide your email address.
• You will then receive an email containing instructions and a web link.
• Through the provided web link, you will be able to have your appointment with your doctor at your scheduled appointment time.
