Robin's Story

I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2012. I was hospitalized for 4 months in a state hospital and there they changed my medication and I became stable. In August of 2017 I moved to New York and I found the Wellness and Recovery Center, which has been a blessing in my life. It’s helped me with my journey to stay stable. The classes here are very educational, the people here are very nice, kind and loving, and it makes my journey very easy. I’ve tried to deal with my mental illness by myself, but I don’t have to anymore because I have the Wellness and Recovery Center to come to.
