Positon Overview
This internship program provides hands-on experience in the exciting world of clinical applications support. You will gain valuable knowledge about Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies, while assisting our team in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Essential Functions
- Assist senior support staff with resolving basic user inquiries related to clinical applications.
- Research and provide initial troubleshooting steps for reported issues.
- Document user interactions and technical problems in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in training sessions to gain proficiency in relevant clinical applications and healthcare IT.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Qualification/Skills Required:
- Currently enrolled in a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, health informatics, pre-med) or a technical field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- A passion for technology and healthcare is a plus

- Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
