Mobile Device Support Intern

Positon Overview

This internship program provides an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of telecom mobile device support. You will work alongside our experienced team members, providing first-line support to our customers for a variety of telecom services.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and related accessories.
  • Support the inventory management of mobile devices, ensuring accurate tracking and record keeping.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining mobile device security protocols.
  • Provide first-level technical support for mobile device users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in resolving connectivity issues related to mobile devices, including Wi-Fi and mobile data connections.
  • Help users with the installation and configuration of healthcare-specific applications

Qualification/Skills Required

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (computer science, information technology, or related field preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software programs
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Some travel to offsite locations may be required

Bonus Points for

  • Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
  • A+ or other relevant IT certifications
