Positon Overview
This internship program provides an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of telecom support. You will work alongside our experienced team members, providing first-line support to our customers for a variety of telecom services.
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues related to installation, configuration, and operation of telecom services (phone, internet, etc.)
- Provide clear and concise technical support via phone, email, and online chat
- Research and identify solutions to customer problems using internal knowledge bases and resources
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service

Qualification/Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (computer science, information technology, or related field preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software programs
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Some travel to offsite locations may be required
- Bonus Points for
- Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
- A+ or other relevant IT certifications
