Position Overview and Basic Function
The Intern will provide support to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion by collaborating with the CDO to develop, shape and support institutional DEIB work through projects and initiatives, which include:
Responsibilities
- The intern will work closely with the Chief Diversity Officer on all aspects of the DEI Strategy—Talent, Training/Development, Culture and Brand
- Research and create informational folders for recognition and celebration months specific to Healthcare
- Assist in developing presentations, and DEI communications (e.g. DEI Newsletter)
- Provide production support for events and programming
- Assist in developing content for the EHS DEI Webpage
- Support additional special projects on an Ad hoc basis

Required Skills
- Able to speak, read and understand English
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Prompt dependable, conscientious, and diligent in the performance of duties.
- Good organizational and filing ability
- Have a basic knowledge of office etiquette, equipment and or willing to learn
- Organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
